It surfaces structured fraud risk signals from application data, such as phone, email, IP, and location, and helps recruiters prioritize job-relevant candidates faster using explainable AI. Candidates can verify their identity in seconds within MyGreenhouse at ky moments in the process. Real Talent is built to be transparent, with recruiters in control of all hiring decisions. It provides explainable signals that support human judgment.
