Most recently, he served as Chief Business Affairs & Chief Legal Officer at Upwork, where he oversaw legal, compliance, public policy, and information security and helped lead the company through its successful initial public offering. Prior to Upwork, he spent more than 13 years at eBy Inc., where he played a key role in the company's growth and strategic transactions, including the acquisitions of PayPal, Skype, StubHub, Shopping.com, and GSI Commerce.
