Big Watt's growing and experienced leadership team is focused on delivering power and data-center capacity to meet the growing demand for AI-ready digital infrastructure. The Company has commenced more than two gigawatts of development across Texas and South Dakota, with a 14-gigawatt pipeline across major markets. "Big Watt is assembling a category-defining team with the operational horsepower to execute where others are still theorizing," said Keith Meyer, President of Big Watt Digital. "Michael brings nearly four decades of experience across energy development, operations, investment, and asset transactions, which is especially valuable as power availability becomes a defining constraint on AI growth. Shirin's experience leading multibillion-dollar capital programs for one of the world's largest cloud providers brings hands-on, proven experience in building and delivering digital infrastructure. Kerry has proven he can move from concept to commissioned capacity at industrial speed inside some of the most demanding hyperscale environments in the industry. As demand for AI infrastructure accelerates, execution-not just ambition-will determine who wins. Michael, Shirin, and Kerry bring the battle-tested experience required to deliver reliable power and data centercapacity at hyperscale."
About Michael Miller

"Big Watt combines deep energy-sector expertise with digital infrastructure know-how - positioning us to meet the needs of the AI economy. I'm excited by the strength of the team and the opportunity ahead."
About Shirin O'Connor
"The next wave of digital infrastructure will be won by companies that excel at innovative execution as a strategic advantage," said O'Connor. "Big Watt recognized early on that data center growth, power strategy, and stakeholder trust all have to move as one integrated system, and I'm excited to help build an organization capable of delivering that vision at scale."
About Kerry Feinberg
"Delivering energized capacity at the pace of the AI economy takes disciplined execution," said Feinberg. "Big Watt's team and unique platform are positioned to do exactly that. I'm excited to help translate that strategy into reliable, repeatable operations for our customers."
