As announced in "Notice Regarding Filing of an Application for Approval of an Extension of the Filing Deadline of Annual Securities Report for the 53rd Fiscal Year (Ended March 31, 2026)" dated June 29, 2026, Nidec Corporation (TOKYO: 6594; OTC US: NJDCY) (the "Company") had filed an application for approval of an extension of the filing deadline of Annual Securities Report for the 53rd Fiscal Year (Ended March 31, 2026) prescribed in Article 15-2, Paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs.
