The five presentations span preclinical and clinical research and highlight cebranopadol's potential as a dual nociceptin orphanin FQ peptide (NOP) and mu-opioid peptide (MOP) receptor agonist (dual-NMR agonist) for the treatment of pain and opioid use disorder.
