BlackLine Reaches Agreement with Engaged Capital and Strengthens Board with Addition of Two Independent DirectorsLOS ANGELES, March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BlackLine, Inc. (Nasdaq: BL) (“BlackLine” or the “Company”) today announced that it has appointed Storm Duncan and Megan Prichard to BlackLine’s Board of Directors in connection with a cooperation agreement with Engaged Capital, LLC (“Engaged Capital”). Mr. Duncan will also be appointed to the Board’s Strategic Committee, along with current director Scott Davidson.
