Michael Schlappig Joins Ensis as PartnerEnsis Partners, a boutique investment banking and restructuring advisory firm, today announced that Michael Schlappig has joined the firm as a Partner. Schlappig brings nearly two decades of investment banking and special situations experience advising companies and stakeholders across in-court restructurings, out-of-court workouts, liability management exercises (LMEs) and other distressed and complex transactions.
