Federman & Sherwood investigates Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC for data breach. On October 9, 2024, Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC, the parent company of New York Plastic Surgical Group filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas. Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC is a healthcare services provider based in New York City, New York. Between January 4, 2024, and January 8, 2024, Long Island Plastic Surgical Group experienced a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized ccess to their network. Long Island Plastic Surgical Group launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded on September 15, 2024, and determined that certain individual's personal and sensitive information was exposed and acquired.
