Dream Residential REIT Announces August 2024 Monthly Distribution

DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U and TSX: DRR.UN) ("Dream Residential REIT" or the "REIT") today announced its August 2024 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The August distribution will be payable on September 13, 2024 to unitholders of record as at August 30, 2024.
