StrongMail, a leading provider of cross-channel marketing solutions for enterprises, today announced record revenue and a 98 percent customer retention rate for 2012. StrongMail had outstanding growth in its customer base, adding such global brands as Choice Hotels, Frontier Airlines, and Zumba. Adoption of StrongMail's hosted cross-channel marketing solutions also spiked last year, growing 53% year over year and accounting for a majority of all new business in 2012. The company also saw record demand for its marketing services offerings, tripling the number of strategic and creative client engagements in 2012.
