Birch Communications to acquire network assets from Covista Communications


Jan 03, 2013 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Birch Communications, a provider of IP-based telecommunications and managed services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire network assets and select customer from Covista Communications, Inc., a facilities-based telecommunications service provider. Both the companies are based in the US.
