Financial investors to exit investment in ZenpriseDec 06, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Zenprise, Inc., a provider enterprise mobile management and mobile device management software, has agreed to be acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of information technology solutions. Both the companies are based in the US. Zenprise has been backed by funding from Greylock Partners, Bay Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures. The transaction is anticipated to close during the first quarter of 2013.
