Integra Telecom introduces 60-Mbps ethernet over copper symmetrical accessNov 15, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Integra Telecom Inc., a provider of fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, has announced the availability of 60 megabit-per-second, or Mbps, ethernet over copper, or EoC, symmetrical access throughout its network footprint. EoC access supports enterprise-grade communications, networking and cloud services with secure and cost-efficient high bandwidth via Integra's owned and managed network, the company said. Integra's EoC services enable network traffic management and scalable high-bandwidth. Services such as IP/MPLS VPN solutions, ethernet services, high bandwidth internet, SIP solutions and hosted voice services can be delivered via carrier-grade ethernet, allowing businesses to prioritize and manage complex network traffic while ensuring Class of Service and Quality of Service, even at peak traffic loads.
