Insight Enterprises acquires InmacFeb 03, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Insight Enterprises, Inc., through its European operation, has acquired Inmac GmbH, a Germany-based business-to-business (B2B) hardware reseller. Insight Enterprises is a provider of IT hardware, software and service solutions. Announcement (January 11, 2012): Insight Enterprises has agreed to acquire Inmac. Inmac has revenues of approximately $120 million and the transaction is expected to close in February 2012. Heisse Kursawe Eversheds is acting as legal advisor to Insight.
