Investigation revealed that Edward Basler, age 50 of Willow, had passed away after suffering from an illness. Next of kin was on scene and Basler was released to Alaskan Heritage Memorial Chapel. The complainant stated that while she was stopped in construction traffic on the Tok Cutoff, a male acquaintance standing in his yard intentionally pointed a rifle at her putting her in fear of imminent physical injury from a dangerous instrument. The male stated he was in his yard with his shotgun in his hand but denied pointing it at the complainant. Case forwarded to the District Attorney for review. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Richard C. Black, age 28, of Ft. Greely, AK on charges of Assault II, and Sexual Assault I. The victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jonathon D. C. Frankson, age 23, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Frankson was under the influence of alcohol and was driving his vehicle with a Suspended driver's license. Further investigation revealed that Frankson was found to be in the possession of a firearm. Subsequently Frankson was arrested for DUI, MIW 4, and DWLS. Frankson was transported to and remanded at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was held on $1,500 bail. The driver was identified as Christopher A. Kehl age 21, of Anchorage. Investigation revealed that Kehl's driver's license was revoked for DUI. He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on a $10,000.00 c/c bail. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Scott E. Ward, age 44, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Ward's driver's license was suspended for points violations. Ward had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on the original charge of NVOL. Ward was arrested for DWLS and the warrant and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was remanded on $500 C/C Bail. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver. Sipary was known not to have ever obtained her driver's license. Sipary was released at the scene pending the issuance of a summons from the St. Mary's Court. Investigation revealed Christopher Case, 22, of Fairbanks was operating a 2010 Polaris RZR ATV with Robert Warren, 24, of Fairbanks riding as a passenger. Case lost control and rolled the ATV. Warren was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. Case was transported to FMH with minor injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor. Investigation is ongoing. The estimated value of the wire was between $7,000 and. $10,000. Through a joint investigation between United States Air Force Security Forces and the Alaska State Troopers, Raymond Weber, age 28, of North Pole was indentified and arrested. He was remanded into FCC on charges of Theft 2 and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Weber is currently being held without bail. The investigation continues. Investigation revealed the Richard Fountain, 46, of Delta Junction was driving a black 2000 Chevy pickup southbound on the Richardson Highway on 4-23-11. Fountain fell asleep while driving and collided with a guardrail near mile 323 Richardson Highway. Fountain was issued citations for failure to report the collision and for negligent driving. Estimated value of damage to the vehicle is $4500.00. Sullivan was placed under arrest for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center. Investigation revealed that Jonnie Fannon, 59, of Delta Junction was driving a blue 2005 Suzuki 4-wheeler northbound on Cummings Road. Fannon lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle rolled. Fannon was not wearing a helmet and Received injuries. Fannon was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and later transported to Providence Hospital for her injuries. Investigation revealed McCollam had a felony arrest warrant for court Case 4FA-11-2000CR with original charges of Conspiracy to Commit Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance II and three counts of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance II. McCollam's bail is set at $150,000 plus a court approved third party custodian. Glass had a felony arrest warrant for court Case 4FA-11-1972CR with original charges of Conspiracy to Commit Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance II and three counts of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance II. Glass' bail is set at $250,000 plus a court approved third party custodian. Both were arrested and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center where they were remanded for their warrants. Initial investigation indicates Robert Riley of Alabama had crashed his Harley Road King near mile 24 of the Dalton Highway at approximately 4 p.m. on 6/26/2011. The road conditions were reported to be muddy at the time. Riley was returning from a trip to the Arctic Circle. A private auto transported Riley to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Warn failed to immediately stop at the direction of a peace officer. Further investigation revealed that Warn was in possession of marijuana. Investigation revealed that multiple Postal Service cluster mailboxes had been broken in to sometime overnight between 06/20/2011 and 06/21/2011. Investigation is ongoing. During the course of the contact, Troopers Received information that Frank E. Bush (age 23, of Nikiski) was possibly hiding inside the home. A record check showed Bush to have an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for violating conditions of release. In a search of the home, Bush was located hiding behind a dresser and television in the back bedroom and placed under arrest. Bush's girlfriend (Amanda G. Love, age 21, of Kenai) was placed under arrest for Hindering Prosecution after she lied to Troopers about Bush's whereabouts. Bush was transported to Wildwood Pretrial where he was remanded without bail. Love was also remanded at Wildwood Pretrial in lieu of $250.00 bond. The caller hung up without saying anything to AST dispatch; when a dispatcher called the phone number back a 36-year old female answered and stated that her 8-year old autistic son had made the phone call while playing with the phone. Upon AST arrival at the residence, investigation revealed that the female had punched her 47-year old boyfriend in the face then left the house. AST was unable to locate the female; a charge of Assault IV DV has been forwarded to the DAO. A SPOT beacon showed the aircraft was located 55 miles Southwest of Anchorage near Beluga Lake. At approximately 2340 hours, Helo 1 located a downed aircraft at Triumvirate Glacier near the lake. Troopers discovered one Timothy Hudok, 45, of Anchorage, deceased and Robert Goodwill, 44, of North Carolina alive but with serious injuries. The survivor was transported to an Anchorage hospital for treatment and the deceased was transported to the SME's office in Anchorage for autopsy. Next of kin has been notified. The NTSB has been notified and is conducting an investigation into the cause and circumstances surrounding the crash.
