CafePress hires JP Morgan, Jefferies, Cowen for bourse debutJun 13, 2011 (CORPORATE IT UPDATE via COMTEX) -- 13 June 2011 - JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM), Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) and Cowen & Company have been hired underwriters for CafePress Inc's IPO, Reuters reported. The US online retailer targets the placement of up to USD80m (EUR55.8m) of ordinary shares. The number of shares and the price at which they will be offered have not been announced yet. The proceeds will be used for covering general corporate needs. US-based CafePress is engaged in e-commerce through its website, which enables sellers to offer customised products such as T-shirts, posters and mugs.
