Catch Introduces Lifestreaming for Android 3.0 Tablets at Google I/O


May 13, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Catch.com, creator of Catch Notes, a way to capture ideas, sights and sounds of life into a single information stream, announced a new version of Catch Notes optimized for Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablets.



The Company said tablet shipments are expected to rise 238 percent this year. Honeycomb is specifically optimized for tablets and Catch is taking advantage of the new OS with its latest release.

Features for Catch Notes on Honeycomb tablets, as described by the Company, include: -Fragments: Creates multiple views so users can see more data on the screen -Action Bar: Provides context-aware controls -Tag Picker: Offers simplified tagging interface for information capture -Starred Notes: Supports lightweight organization for favorite entries -Enhanced Note Editor: Allows composing using multiple images, voice memos, or file attachments Catch Notes for Honeycomb tablets has been selected to exhibit at the Google I/O Developer Conference Android Sandbox where Catch.com executives will be on hand to demo their application, answer questions and exchange ideas. The Google I/O Developer Sandbox selects developers who have built applications using the latest Google technologies. Google I/O takes place May 10-11, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
