Fonality Announces Enterprise-Grade Unified Communications Platform

Fonality has launched a Unified Communications platform as part of the Fonality (News - Alert) Connect cloud-communications solution.


This announcement will enable small and mid-size companies to leverage Fortune 500-type Unified Communications (News - Alert) and contact center capabilities with advanced features with simplicity and affordably through the cloud.
Fonality has begun to ship the solution and is offering it at a starting cost of $30 per user, per month.

Knowledge workers will find Fonality Heads Up Display (HUD) useful as this dynamic user-friendly Unified Communications dashboard connects phones, desktop and important business applications into a single, unified, easy to use interface.
Businesses can leverage the Unified Communications functions of Fonality HUD for Connect to communicate more efficiently and streamline processes to improve productivity.
