Social CRM or customer relationship management describes the evolution of sales and customer service in the new world of blogs, Facebook (News - Alert), Twitter and other services.

The 2010 TMC Social CRM Award is seeking nominations from the absolute best-in-breed companies providing social media applications, services, sites, techniques, tracking solutions, case studies and is sponsored by TMC's Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine.


The Internet has empowered consumers while allowing influencers more power than ever in changing purchasing behavior. Just as CRM defined the evolution of sales and service for the past 15 years, social CRM will frame corporate brands, sales, service and perception for many years to come.

The TMC Social CRM Award honors vendors that have demonstrated innovation, unique capabilities, and significant contributions toward enabling and improving social channel interactions.
