(GLI). GLI has purchased the plastic profiles extrusion business and assets of the former CPI Plastics Group, a recognized international leader in thermoplastics profile design, engineering, processing and value-added manufacturing, from its Receiver. GLI will initially focus on Casual Outdoor Furniture and Living products for the retail consumer markets and Spa Cladding products and Industrial Custom products (including Window Coverings) for the OEM markets. It will re-visit its decking and fencing systems line-up shortly thereafter, and move forward into other innovative applications of the Eon technologies. Gracious Living Innovations, operating within the Gracious Living Group of Companies and banner, will operate with a renewed energy in the North American marketplace and abroad. GLI's extrusion business and relationships in the OEM markets will be integrated with that of the Group's injection capabilities and retail consumer presence, providing a much expanded capability and presence for Gracious Living. The new extrusion capabilities and product line-up is a significant step in furthering one-stop shopping for the retailer's and OEM's requirements.
