SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BEA Systems, Inc. , a world leader in enterprise and communications infrastructure software, will demonstrate its commitment to enabling "The Services Network" in the telecommunications industry through products and solutions scheduled to be showcased at Mobile World Congress from February 11-14, 2008.
