Subex Azure Ltd, a leading Indian provider of revenue maximization solutions for telecom operators, announced last week that it has purchased over Syndesis Ltd for $164.5 million.

According to Subash Menon, CEO of Subex Azure, the all-cash deal will strengthen the company’s position in the telecom operations support software (OSS) solutions market.

“As one of the leaders in the revenue maximization solutions segment, we are driven by our strategy to offer a portfolio of software solutions that help telecom operators gain competitive advantage,” Menon said in a statement.
