Syntellect Selects Prodapt Solutions as Distribution Partner in India

Syntellect (News - Alert) Inc., a prominent developer and provider of Customer Interaction Management solutions for enterprises, has chosen Prodapt Solutions to be its distributor in India.



Prodapt has an expertise in providing wide-ranging software engineering services to Technology companies and ISVs, ensuring faster development and marketing of software products. As per the mutual agreement between the two companies, Prodapt will act as a reseller for Syntellect’s Apropos contact center solution and the Syntellect Voice Platform (rich self-service IVR) across India. Syntellect’s bouquet of contact center products provide effective speech-enabled self-service and multi-channel interaction management solutions that deliver enhanced customer experience.

Syntellect is a unit of Enghouse Systems Limited which is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Prodapt will function as a full service partner for Syntellect in India offering complete system installation, configuration, training and support.

By associating with Prodapt, Syntellect has reiterated its promise to reach out to customers across the globe.
