(OTCBB:VSNI) and exclusive provider of TV-quality content to VisiFone Multimedia digital home telephone users worldwide, today announced that TV Guide SPOT, Gemstar-TV Guide International's (Nasdaq:GMST) new on-demand network, has agreed to provide content for use as part of a U.S. VisiFone consumer pilot scheduled for early 2006. TV Guide SPOT features entertainment programs that guide consumers to the most compelling fare on TV each week. The new network will be highlighted during this week's CTAM Summit Conference in Gemstar-TV Guide's Booth #52.



The new VisiFone Multimedia digital telephone for VoIP is a digital telephone/videophone capable of displaying fully interactive video and digital audio without the complexities of a personal computer. ViseonMedia will receive selected programming from TV Guide SPOT and will format and deliver to VisiFone-installed homes throughout the country. TV Guide SPOT joins The Weather Channel Interactive, Discovery Networks, Fox News Channel, Court TV, and AccuWeather amongst other soon to be announced content providers.
