Aspect Communications CEO Gary Barnett to Give Keynote Address on 'Voice Over IP and the Future of Customer Care' at Internet Telephony Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aspect Communications Corporation , a leading provider of enterprise customer contact solutions, announced today that at this week's Internet Telephony Conference & Expo in Miami, Fla., President and CEO Gary Barnett will speak about the implications of workforce globalization, rising customer expectations, technology convergence and the rapid pace of technological change as voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) grows in popularity as the communications channel of choice for contact centers.
