The initial service will be marketed in the U.S. on June 1, 2004 and in international locations in the very near future.Once an Internet calling card account is purchased, the buyer receives a PIN number. The customer is then directed to Total Call's PC-to-Phone web site which allows the user to call from anywhere in the world, via the Internet and a Web browser using CrystalVoice software, which is automatically downloaded to the user's PC. While the call is connected, the user is able to view available balance, remaining minutes and call history in real-time.
