Ltd., http://www.taitwun.com.tw, and Jau Shyang Ent. Co. Ltd., http://www.jaushyang.com.tw. Nicer is working in Asia in collaboration with its channel partners. Nicer's VoIP solution breaks up the internet based calls into digitized "packets" each of which takes the most efficient route as it shares with other internet traffic.
