Member Loyalty Group Appoints EJ Sieracki as Chief Executive Officer


Member Loyalty Group, a provider of member experience analytics and strategic support for credit unions, today announced the appointment of EJ Sieracki as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 24, 2026. He succeeds Michelle Bloedorn, who is retiring after nearly two decades of leadership and service to the organization.

Following a thoughtful and comprehensive search process, MLG has selected Sieracki to lead the company through its next phase of growth. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience helping organizations leverage customer and employee insights to drive nnovation, engagement and business performance.

Most recently, Sieracki served as Global Head of Partner Products and Solutions at Press Ganey Forsta, where he led growth initiatives across customer and employee experience technology platforms and helped organizations transform feedback into actionable business outcomes. He played a key leadership role during Press Ganey's acquisition of Forsta, helping shape the combined organization's product and technology vision, and later championed Press Ganey's acquisition of Hello Ignite, Forsta's partner for crowd sourcing feedback technology. Throughout his career, Sieracki has built and scaled insight-driven solutions, managed strategic partnerships, and worked closely with organizations to strengthen engagement with customers, employees and stakeholders.
