Blue Yonder Releases Q2 2026 Company HighlightsBlue Yonder Holding, Inc. (Blue Yonder), the AI company for supply chain, today released its Q2 2026 company highlights. Quarterly Company Highlights In Q2 2026, Blue Yonder continued to showcase its strong momentum in the market by:
ICON 2026 Blue Yonder hosted ICON 2026, the premier conference for supply chain and retail professionals, May 17-20 in San Diego. In addition to the product and partnership announcements detailed below, CEO Duncan Angove introduced the Frictionless Outcomes manifesto, Blue Yonder's commitment to speed up time-to-value and enable continuous improvement for customers through AI agents and other tools across the entire software lifecycle. Blue Yonder also recognized the winners of its 2026 ICONic Customer Awards, honoring customers that are driving digital transformations of their supply chains and delivering measurable impact through exceptional use of Blue Yonder solutions. This year's winners included Linfox, Under Armour, FedEx, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Conagra Brands, Zabka Polska, Compañía Cervecerías Unidas, Knauf, Novolex, PepsiCo, Crate & Barrel and Chalhoub Group. Model Training Factory Blue Yonder announced its Model Training Factory, built on NVIDIA Nemotron, to accelerate the development of specialized AI agents for the autonomous supply chain. Unveiled at ICON 2026, Blue Yonder's annual customer conference, the Model Training Factory is a repeatable system for fine-tuning and testing highly specialized supply chain models. These models are built to execute complex, multi-step supply chain workflows, working alongside human operators and then graded to ensure high-quality outcomes. Accessed via agentic AI, they will ultimately enable supply chain processes to run autonomously, driving decisions across warehouse management, supply and demand planning, transportation, merchandising and network operations. The Model Training Factory takes a hybrid approach: frontier models where their breadth is needed, and custom supply chain models trained to work alongside them, delivering the precision and speed individual workflows demand at a fraction of the cost. Blue Yonder is using NVIDIA's agentic AI stack, including Nemotron open models and the NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit for building, evaluating and orchestrating agents. Each model is trained to become an expert in specific tasks, deliver specific outcomes of agentic decisioning and is held to strict evaluation criteria before deployment and as it improves over time. Models are trained on synthetic data, not customer data. The first models will target warehouse management workflows, including allocation shorts, inventory exceptions, due-time urgency and inventory across yard and receiving trailers. These are high-frequency decisions where speed and accuracy directly drive on-time performance and order cycle times. The first models are expected to enter customer production through Blue Yonder Cognitive Solutions later this year. Syndigo Partnership Blue Yonder and Syndigo, a global leader in Product Experience Management (PXM) and product content solutions, announced a strategic partnership at ICON 2026 to improve the efficiency of supply chain and store operations while improving customer satisfaction. The partnership combines Syndigo's enriched, GS1-aligned product content, including validated attributes, standardized images and accurate dimensions, with Blue Yonder's supply chain solutions to help retailers and brands plan smarter and execute faster. That trusted data foundation also powers the next generation of agentic commerce, from product discovery through fulfillment. Through the partnership, Syndigo's trusted, enriched and validated product content integrates with Cognitive Solutions built on the Blue Yonder Platform, making it available across the entire digital supply chain, including network partners. Syndigo's trusted and validated GS1-aligned product data flows directly into Blue Yonder workflows in real time, eliminating the manual data cleansing that delays onboarding, distorts demand signals and creates planning exceptions. One update within Syndigo cascades to every partner within the Blue Yonder Network, resulting in significant efficiencies, cost savings and prevention of lost sales. Within Blue Yonder Space Planning, the integration provides validated attributes and standardized images that support planogram creation, optimization and compliance monitoring. Solution Highlights At ICON 2026, Blue Yonder announced new Cognitive Solutions for Space Planning and Production Planning and Scheduling, along with new AI agents, user experience enhancements, and updates to its planning, warehouse and commerce solutions. The updates are designed to help customers improve decision-making, automate complex processes, enhance workforce productivity, and respond to disruption with greater speed and precision.
Supply Chain Compass: Spotlight on Sustainability Report Blue Yonder released the findings of its 2026 Supply Chain Compass: Spotlight on Sustainability report, which examines North American and European supply chain leaders' prioritization and perception of sustainability initiatives.
