Curated by Terrapinn, the 11th edition of Asia's largest conference and exhibition runs on 4–5 November 2026, with pre-conference workshops on 3 November. Under the theme "Human-centred education, powered by AI and tech," it will put the spotlight on a new paradigm: AI that amplifies human potential rather than replaces it.
EDUtech Asia 2026 will feature more than 250 speakers across four stages, 14 hands-on workshops, over 200 exhibitors and more than 60 start-ups. The event is supported by Title Sponsors Google for Education and Lenovo, alongside Diamond Sponsors ClassIn and Samsung, making it the region's most significant gathering for anyone shaping how Asia teaches and learns. Who Is Really Driving Learning in the Age of AI? From Sydney and London to Silicon Valley and Singapore, this year's keynote speakers will go past the hype to ask harder questions: What is AI actually doing for learning, and how do educators stay in control of it? Professor Danny Liu (The University of Sydney) will open the event by asking whether educators are still driving learning in the age of AI, or have become passengers. Chia Hai Siang, Principal Specialist, Technologies for Learning at Singapore's Ministry of Education, will share how Singapore has charted a deliberate middle path between banning AI and adopting it uncritically, including the AI features built into the Singapore Student Learning Space. Professor Alison Clark-Wilson (UCL Institute of Education), co-founder of the Global EdTech Testbed Network, will take on the million-dollar question facing every school and university: How do we know if our EdTech actually works? And Dr Cynthia Teniente-Matson, President of San José State University, will show how public universities can build accessible, industry-connected pathways to AI-ready talent at scal. A keynote panel uniting Professor Liu, Professor Clark-Wilson, Chia Hai Siang and Richard Burkhill of Rugby School Thailand will close out the event. A conference designed for real-world impact Attendees of the two-day conference will have access to four stages, enjoying case studies, panel discussions and fireside chats on AI-ready curriculum design, generative AI in teaching and assessment, academic integrity, future skills and employability, digital inclusion and educational leadership. Four dedicated streams – Leadership & Policy, Educ(AI)tion & Tech, K-12 Teaching & Learning, and Higher Ed Teaching & Learning – ensure everyone from classroom teachers to university leaders leaves with practical strategies drawn from schools, universities and education ministries across Asia and beyond. Fourteen hands-on pre-conference workshops on 3 November give delegates a head start. "Our 2026 edition of EDUtech Asia will be our biggest yet," said Paul Clark, Managing Director, Terrapinn. "There's no better place in the region for those in the education space to come together to learn, share their challenges and leave equipped with practical strategies they can put into place in their own institutions. EDUtech Asia is the event that effects real change in education across the region. Whether you're an educator, an education leader, a technology provider or a policymaker, there's no better place for you to spend your time this November." Asia's largest education technology exhibition Running alongside the conference, the free-to-attend exhibition will showcase more than 200 EdTech providers, including Google for Education, Lenovo, Samsung, ClassIn, Adobe, Canvas by Instructure, edX, Jamf, D2L, Moodle, Kahoot!, Padlet, MagicSchool AI, Wayground (formerly Quizizz) and Bambu Lab.
