What Voicing AI's 25,000 Minutes of Uninterrupted AI Performance Means for Enterprise Reliability

Companies working with an emerging technology like artificial intelligence are often forced to offer prospective customers promises instead of proof. That is not true, however, with Voicing AI. Its hybrid voice intelligence stack, which transforms how Fortune 2000 companies communicate, has a long list of proven successes from enterprises across a variety of industries that show it is able to deliver accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

“From India’s largest asset managers to Fortune 2000 banks, Voicing AI has already shown it can be counted on to deliver measurable impact,” says Abhi Kumar, Co-founder of Voicing AI. “It’s not a proof-of-concept solution. It’s a platform that has 25,000 minutes of uninterrupted AI performance and satisfied customers in a wide variety of industries.”

Kumar’s background includes positions at Oracle, Microsoft (News - Alert), and M12, Microsoft’s venture arm, where he evaluated and invested in enterprise technology companies. His positions, which often had him assessing the viability of technologies for enterprise applications, helped him develop a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face when implementing AI at scale. Kumar’s work at Voicing AI is focused on bridging the gap between AI innovation and production reality by building voice AI solutions that perform reliably in real-world enterprise environments.

Voicing AI turned a financial nightmare into $147 million in annual savings for a medical device manufacturer

There is no room for customer support mistakes, delays, or misunderstandings in the B2B medical device industry. If users can’t get answers, patient outcomes are compromised. In addition, every hour of downtime translates to an average of $8,000 in lost revenue and financial disruption.

When managing the support burden with traditional methods became a financial and operational nightmare for a Fortune 100 company in that industry, they turned to Voicing AI for help. The company was responsible for maintaining equipment at 3,200 hospitals and healthcare centers worldwide, which involved 2.8 million annual support calls. Voicing AI’s solution, which accomplished a global rollout in only 12 months, allowed the company to experience a 78% reduction in overall support costs and $147 million in annual savings.

“By partnering with Voicing AI, the manufacturer fundamentally transformed their global support operations,” Kumar shares. “We developed for them an agentic voice platform designed to completely replace traditional support channels for highly complex medical device troubleshooting, automated service scheduling, and real-time equipment status checks. The business impact was historic, managing 315,000 calls monthly with a massive 4,500 concurrent calls capacity.”

Voicing AI empowers companies to better assist customers in times of crisis

When a consumer calls a credit bureau, it often involves a sense of urgency, such as addressing a case of identity theft. Minutes matter in that type of exchange, which is why a traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system isn’t the best option. One Fortune 1000 large financial enterprise realized this and turned to Voicing AI for a solution that would better serve its customers.

The financial enterprise needed help with addressing massive customer service inefficiencies that were frustrating customers and costing the company money. Its IVR was routinely misrouting over 30% of all calls to the wrong departments, which meant callers were forced to navigate a maze of options and be transferred multiple times before finding support. After replacing its legacy IVR system with Voicing AI, the Fortune 1000 enterprise achieved 94% intent accuracy, which translated to identifying the exact customer need within the first 20 seconds of the call and reduced transfers per call from 3.2 to 0.3.

“The projected impact and success metrics completely redefined the operational efficiency of the contact center,” Kumar says. “The average call flow from greeting to resolution or routing dropped from 4.5 minutes down to an incredibly fast 1.8 minutes.”

Voicing AI’s system also gave the financial enterprise the ability to track success through its Observatory platform. The enterprise’s team could see via a real-time dashboard the intent classification confidence scores on each interaction between callers and the AI system.

“We were able to give the enterprise granular tracking into routing accuracy, showing the exact percentage of calls reaching the correct agent on the very first try,” Kumar says. “The black box IVR was finally dead. Now they could move forward with proof of precision and results.”

Voicing AI has all of the technical features enterprises need. It’s fast, with less than 400 milliseconds end-to-end latency, and accurate, with 97.2% correct function-calling.

But Voicing AI offers enterprises more than just features. It also provides proven reliability. Its systems have been put to the test in some of the most demanding settings in the business world and have shown conclusively that they can deliver results.
