High Tech Gadgets that Actually Help You Lose Weight

Millions of men and women around the world try many different alternatives to losing weight.  However, not all of them succeed in their goal. Even though numerous weight loss products are released almost every day, losing weight has remained to be a distant dream for many. The good news is that the scenario has started to change with the introduction of some of the latest tech gadgets. Before discussing them in detail, it is important to note that there are no magic wands for losing weight. However, there are many technology-enabled devices that can contribute substantially to losing those extra kilos.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Technology:  This advanced technology is utilized by many popular devices that are designed to help lose weight. The technology functions by stimulating the muscles with the help of electrodes that are capable of delivering electronic impulses.  Flex Belt Abdominal Muscle Toner and Compex Edge Muscle Stimulator are two devices built around the EMS technology.

Flex Belt helps weight loss by simultaneously exercising all the ab muscles in the body. On the other hand, the primary purpose of Complex is muscle stimulation. However, it is important to remember that EMS devices can only be used as a supplementary measure, and can’t be a viable substitute for dieting or exercising.

Isavera Fat Freezing System: This is a wrap belt that was designed to eliminate fat by freezing the fat cells. The manufacturer claims that the gel packs of the belt help reach temperatures that trigger fat loss without causing any harm to the skin.  It is recommended that the packs should be applied to stubborn areas, such as thighs and abdomen.  The product can be used easily, just by placing the gel packs within the belt and wrapping it tightly in the areas with excess fat. The manufacturer recommends one hour of treatment per day for three weeks.

6-in-1 Fat Remove Machine: This device utilizes positive as well as negative ions, delivering multiple benefits including improved cell metabolism and skin. EMS gel pads designed to improve blood circulation and target excess fat come as a part of the product. This treatment is suitable for all parts of the body including the hips and waist. Functioning in a frequency of 1 MHz per second, the device can penetrate up to 0.2 inches deep into the skin. This is the property that makes the product capable of helping the process of losing fat.

Oways Slimming Belt: Out of hundreds of widely advertised slimming belts, this is probably one of the better choices. It helps burn fat by delivering vibration heat as well as a 360-degree massage. When activated, the product emits vibrations that are capable of improving blood circulation and metabolism. The device offers, as many as, four massage modes and four vibration settings including thirty-plus motion effects.

Fitbit Aria (News - Alert) Wi-Fi Smart Scale: Fitbit is undoubtedly one of the most trusted manufacturers of health gadgets around the world. Fitbit Aria is one of the leading products, known for its accurate weight measurement capability and calculation of the percentage of fat in the body. It can also calculate the body mass index of the body with high accuracy. The data generated by this device can be used to design a physical activity schedule for the user.

HydraCoach Intelligent Water Bottle: In addition to eating properly, fat loss also demands right drinking habits. The Intelligent Water Bottle calculates the daily rate of fluid intake of the users. Following which, the device also tracks how much water the user actually drinks per day. This product helps users adjust their daily routine so that their water intake stimulates achieving the desired weight loss goal. It also maintains a diary of an individual’s hydration.
