THECALLR Brings Its Voice Technology to New Shores

By Blaise McNamee, Web Editor

As voice technology continues to make the world a smaller place, THECALLR continues to expand around it, bringing a triple threat of voice solutions to the shores of the United States. The French provider has recently entered the U.S. market, and with it comes three unique solutions designed to enable brands to better connect with their customers via the phone line. CEO Taoufik Zagdoud and CTO Florent Chauveau recently sat down with TMCnet to discuss these solutions and the company’s push into North America.

The first of THECALLR’s three smart voice solutions is CALLTRACKR. As you might have guessed, CALL TRACKR is a call tracking solution used to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns by tracking any and all incoming calls. This includes not only traditional phone calls but also clickable phone numbers from Web ads, as well as virtual numbers associated with particular television, radio or print ads. Such data allows businesses to customize and isolate analytics by ad, channel, or keyword, giving them greater insight into customers, leads, and marketing campaigns.

THECALLR’s second solution, DIALR, is a Web-based voice and SMS broadcasting application designed to implement outbound advertising and marketing campaigns.  Being entirely Web-based, DIALR requires no software or hardware installation and can be accessed simply through a Web-browser. The solution is ideal for companies looking to modernize their marketing campaigns, automate confirmations and reminders, optimize debt recovery, or carry out large-scale polling. It features customizable voice/SMS messages, terms for response, and voicemail, as well as detailed reporting capabilities for tackling campaign success.

The final, and perhaps most versatile, solution in the company’s arsenal is THECALLR API. With just a bit of coding, a business can integrate a variety of powerful and customizable voice applications with existing service platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The upshot of harnessing the API in this way is the elimination of the need to develop, manage and maintain an entire telecommunications platform. Out-of-the-box services include real-time cloud interactive voice response (IVR) and smart call routing, two-step verification, advanced call tracking and reporting, integrated conference calling, click-to-call capability, push voice or SMS marketing campaigns, and automated confirmations and reminders. In a nutshell, users get extensive voice service customization without costly investment.

Zagdoud and Chauveau believe this unique three vector service approach will make THECALLR a worthy contender in the global voice technology marketplace. Offering three unique and versatile voice solutions, THECALLR is perfectly equipped to meet the specific needs of any business, large or small.
