Ocean Canyon Picks Dynamix Cloud Services for Managed IT Services

Dynamix Cloud Services, a specialist in cloud-based communication, collaboration and managed IT services, has been picked as the managed IT services and communications vendor by Ocean Canyon Properties.

Peter Graffman, founder, chief development officer and executive vice president of Ocean Canyon Properties said, “We selected Dynamix for Managed IT Services because of the success we had with their dVoice communication solution and services. Our previous communications solution had limited functionality and we had been experiencing outages, poor support and arrogance from our vendor at the time.”



Ocean Canyon, a system of privately owned membership resorts, had already implemented Dynamix’s dVoice VoIP telephony solution for its call centers and corporate users before contracting with Dynamix for its managed IT services.

The dVoice solution was selected by Ocean Canyon when it wanted to migrate from another vendor’s VoIP-based communications system. Dynamix Cloud Services provides a complete end-to-end solution that offers support for desktop, server, network, and unified communications users in Ocean Canyon Properties.

Dynamix’s proactive, preventive maintenance and monitoring services helps the client address all IT problems instantly and proactively.

The synergized solution of Dynamix’s cloud-based communications and managed IT services helps the client focus on core competencies instead of on IT infrastructure problems. Dynamix’s NetHawk (News - Alert) and Kaseya provide proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance that eliminates network infrastructure and IT environment issues.

Also Dynamix’s SLOs (service level objectives) and 24/7 help desk enables optimum resolution of any issues which may arise in a timely manner, thereby ensuring business continuity.

In January 2013, Ocean Canyon Properties signed an agreement with Enzigma software of Pune, India to develop a private campground reservation system based on Ocean Canyon’s implementation of Salesforce.com (News - Alert).

Enzigma is developing this new reservation functionality on Ocean Canyon Properties’ Salesforce.com platform using Salesforce.com development environment tools and HTML5.
