It’s been revealed that RedShift Networks (News - Alert), a forerunner in the unified communications (UC) space offering the industry’s first comprehensive application-aware Threat Management solution for UC and collaboration networks, will be bringing its full suite of Unified Communications Threat Management (UCTM) solutions to NACT (News - Alert) customers. NACT Solutions is a global provider of prepaid application solutions.

By bringing RedShift’s robust UCTM solutions to NACT, the company’s customers will enjoy the multitude of benefits which they boast, including protection against voice DOS attacks, voice phishing attacks, SPAM attacks over IP telephony (SPIT) and eavesdropping on VoIP calls. By joining forces, NACT will be able to efficiently deliver RedShift’s offerings as part of the comprehensive NACT portfolio, which will ultimately help service providers secure the integrity of prepaid calls and all information crossing their networks.

Furthermore, RedShift’s UCTM solutions support a variety of real-time communications, such as IM, video and presence, as well as any SIP-based application. As RedShift supports any mobile device on any network, NACT customers will now be able to enjoy an unprecedented level of security.
