VoIP-Pal.Com, Inc. Almost Done with Intellectual Property Acquisition

VoIP-Pal.Com, Inc., also known as "VoIP-Pal," an international company for VoIP telecommunications solutions, has is almost finished with the negotiations it needed to go through to get its hands on some precious intellectual property with regards to wholesale and retail VoIP solutions. The IP acquisition is good news to investors, as the event might actually drive the stock price up and make VoIP-Pal.Com a more profitable company.



The intellectual property we're talking about refers to a couple of patents that describe mobile VoIP, billing methods, gateway infrastructure, and a whole pile of things that could ultimately allow VoIP-Pal to become a more powerful influence in the VoIP world. These patents at the moment are used by the most prominent and profitable VoIP services. The VoIP market is predicted to touch the $74.5 billion mark by 2015. Right now, it's a highly competitive industry and you really need an edge to score points.

"As part of our overall strategy to generate increased revenues, VoIP-Pal has been looking to acquire significant VoIP proprietary technology," said President Dennis Chang of VoIP-Pal. "By owning this new IP, our company will immediately vault to the forefront of VoIP technology. We are excited to soon begin a totally new revenue stream through the licensing of these landmark patents. A final agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and will be announced upon completion."

VoIP-Pal.Com Inc. currently offers local- and long-distance plans to its customers in both the consumer and enterprise markets. The company also specializes in helping partners achieve a sound VoIP service resale strategy. VoIP-Pal.Com Inc. allows customers to make international calls through VoIP on the web, through smartphones, and on tablet devices. The company now wants to extend its offer to include bigger products for more cost-effective solutions to its current and future client base.
