Arkadin Wins Gold Stevie Award for Telecommunications Customer Service Department of the Year

At the recent 2012 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service global collaboration service provider Arkadin (News - Alert), was awarded the Gold Award for “Telecommunications Customer Service Department of the Year.”



Arkadin's customer service team instituted aggressive organizational and process initiatives with the North American operations targeted for expansion. Arkadin’s results exceeded expectations and client satisfaction metrics, and client revenue growth significantly increased, with greater customer retention. Client satisfaction scores soared to 100 percent, while customer service call wait times were reduced by 20 percent.

The annual Stevie Awards consist of four programs including the American Business Awards, the International Business Awards, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Honoring organizations of all types and sizes and the people behind them, the Stevies recognize outstanding performances worldwide.

On Feb. 27, the trophies were presented during a gala banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
