InvisibleCRM Joins Salesforce.com's AppEx Incubator

InvisibleCRM has announced that it is a member of the charter class of the salesforce.com AppExchange Incubator.

InvisibleCRM sells tools to "bridge the gap between CRM and Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook and Windows desktop," according to company officials. Having moved into the San Mateo incubator facility, InvisibleCRM has access to the AppExchange team.

“It’s all about customer success. The best partnership model is when a customer has a feeling of cooperation with one joint vendor, not many,” said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO, InvisibleCRM.

Designed to increase user adoption and ROI, InvisibleCRM is targeting the Salesforce personal productivity layer. InvisibleCRM brings Salesforce to Microsoft Outlook and Windows desktop to automatically update, store, and transfer customer information between the desktop and the CRM system.

According to Nucleus Research InvisibleCRM offers what it calls "5 hour ROI."

As part of the AppExchange Incubator, InvisibleCRM has access to a full package of business services, including access to the Apex multi-tenant programming language and platform, technology infrastructure, product development, sales and marketing support, and fundraising and business development assistance.

Last month InvisibleCRM joined the salesforce.com Foundation's "The Power Of Us" partner initiative, where salesforce.com partners are connected with salesforce.com nonprofit customers who need help.

InvisibleCRM joined the Salesforce.com (News - Alert) Foundation's "The Power Of Us" partner initiative to help nonprofit organizations obtain, implement and maximize the use of technologies to reduce administrative costs and to better achieve their goals.

As part of the program, InvisibleCRM will be implementing a similar model to the Salesforce.com Foundation's 1 Percent model. InvisibleCRM officials say the company already donates up to 10 licenses of its products -- Sales Folder, Sales Desktop and Sales Alerts -- to qualified nonprofit organizations.
