Not every company is lucky enough to see out the end of the year as smoothly as NICE Systems (News - Alert) has managed to in the last month of 2015. Earlier last week, the company was listed among the winners of the CUSTOMER Experience Excellence Awards. In particular, the NICE Customer Engagement Analytics solution was recognized for its ability to help businesses understand how to drive value from their customer data. As a follow up, NICE has been positioned by Gartner (News - Alert) in the “leaders” quadrant of the 2015 "Magic Quadrant for Customer Engagement Center Workforce Optimization" for the eighth consecutive year.
“We are proud to again be named a leader by Gartner in the Customer Engagement Center Workforce Optimization Magic Quadrant report,” said Miki Migdal, president of the NICE Enterprise Product Group, regarding the news. “We believe this continued recognition validates the strength of our technology, breadth and depth of our WFO solution suite, and with the recent launch of Adaptive WFO we are transforming the approach to workforce optimization with technologies and capabilities which are new to the market.”
NICE Systems is a major provider of enterprise software solutions that help organizations to make smarter decisions based on advanced analytics of structured and unstructured data. The company was chosen again as a leader in the area of workforce optimization (WFO) for its completeness of vision and ability to execute, according to Gartner, as defined by the criteria listed in the Magic Quadrant report.
As Gartner puts it, leaders in the WFO market "provide functionally broad and deep WFO solutions that can be deployed and supported globally. Their software is suitable for all sizes and complexities of enterprises, and has broad industry coverage. Revenue is strong, and new references are readily available."
Integration is valued highly in the report, co-authored by Jim Davies (News - Alert) and Sorell Slaymaker. This is because a suite-based approach like NICE Systems uses offers inherent benefits, including a single-vendor contract, fewer integration problems and lower total cost of ownership.
