VoIP technologies solution provider Quintum Technologies will exhibit its line of VoIP products at the Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Conference & Expo, to be held in Los Angeles Sept. 10 through 12.
At this year’s show, Quintum (News - Alert) will also talk about how it has achieved OEM hardware certification within the Microsoft Partner Program: Microsoft Certified Partners have achieved competencies in one or more areas of expertise and have accrued customer references that attest to their successful efforts. In addition, Certified Partners have access to tools and training that are not publicly available, enabling Quintum to leverage its engineering staff to better support Quintum and Microsoft (News - Alert) customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
By becoming a Certified Partner in the Microsoft Partner Program, Quintum is ensuring that its Tenor products and Microsoft’s software perform seamlessly together. Testing continues with enhanced features, in preparation for the upcoming Office Communications Server 2007.
Quintum has developed a customized configuration wizard to simplify any Tenor’s deployment with Office Communications Server 2007. The software is embedded in the Tenor Switches and is free with all Tenors sold for a Office Communications Server 2007 implementation.
In addition, Quintum has created a MICROSOFT MICROSITE that provides information on Quintum’s products and how they function within an Office Communications Server 2007 environment. Quintum also has Microsoft specific support processes and engineers to provide 7x24 support for Microsoft customers.
