VoIP Switch Provider IPsmarx Launches PINless Recharge Portal for Wireless and Retail Stores

IPsmarx (News - Alert), a provider of VoIP switch, billing, and prepaid solutions, has launched its PINless Recharge Portal to help wireless and retail stores grow their prepaid businesses.


Prepaid wireless vendors are already seeing a lost in revenue due to international phone card and PINless providers. Thus, the new PINless Recharge Portal allows prepaid wireless vendors to own their own brand of phone cards and PINless calling service, making money on international VoIP calls in addition to domestic wireless.

"Retail stores using multiple portals for PINless Recharge and Mobile Top Up can integrate services into one branded portal, making it more convenient for their resellers to promote,” said Arash Vahidnia, president and CEO of IPsmarx, in a statement. “Stores who are reselling another brand who acquire this solution can make significantly more profit, as opposed to just commission."

With this offering, wireless, retail stores and prepaid phone service providers can now easily integrate and offer rechargeable international calling services. The service combines PINless Recharge and Reseller Management software, Mobile Top Up, and even the Rechargeable Calling Card solution.  

Further, the PINless Recharge and Reseller Management software allows wireless and retail stores to set up their own international VoIP calling service through three portals. While the admin portal can be used to set up specific discounts and service fees, create a company brand name and design and customize an interactive voice response (IVR) solution to develop advertisements, the customer portal allows customers to sign up, add minutes, and make payments directly online. Lastly, the reseller portal allows resellers to add minutes to customer accounts by phone or in person, sign up new agents, and track commission.
