Want to receive calls from your website? You might want to check out the recently launched FastTalks.com website, a platform for making free Internet calls.

This TMCnet partner offers the Zingaya platform that enables voice calls through any computer, right from a Web page. There is no need to download any software and no phone is required for a user to launch this service.

Zingaya is designed to provide seamless voice calling capabilities to website operators, regardless of their size. The platform can easily benefit high eCommerce enterprises or the small startup firm. A “Call” button is embedded into the company’s website, allowing visitors to click that button and place the call, which is immediately forwarded to your landline or mobile phone. Users only need a browser and a microphone to connect with you – it really is that easy.

The launch of the FastTalks platform is made possible due to the power of Sippy Software’s Softswitch 2.0. This platform continues the Sippy Software initiative of enabling ITSPs offering a full range of VoIP products and services from a unified platform. The 2.0 release is designed to improve switching and billing architecture, deliver advanced routing and management features, and offer a broader set of supported business scenarios.

The Sippy Softswitch 2.0 release does offer specific changes to this platform, such as the introduction of the hosted softswitch environment that still has the look and feel of a stand-alone softswitch supporting all features. As a result, the platform will support multi-tier billing, regular switching and provisioning features, IVR applications and more.

The billing and rating changes in this new release include the support of local calling rates; low balance notifications support; automatic recharge support; PDF invoice generation; and PayPal (News - Alert) pending payments support. Routing changes include destination number length validation support; the simplified configuration for on-net calling; simplified DID number assignment; SIP response code translation support; and German language support for IVR.

The latest Sippy Software release also offers performance improvements, including memory use optimization to reduce the amount of memory used; account classes that allow groups to account for their intended use; account undeleted support to restore deleted accounts; account lookup interface to allow for searching by various parameters; authorize.Net payment gateway support, one of the leading payment gateways in the U.S., UK, Japan and Canada; and SIP ATA/Phone (News - Alert) Auto-provisioning support.

A number of new API calls have also been added to the latest Sippy Software Softswitch 2.0 platform. These APIs will expose the new functionality, while also improving switch manageability.

FastTalks.com has leveraged the capabilities available in the Sippy Software Softswitch 2.0 platform to provide you with a robust solution that will enable direct calling from your website to your desk or call center. With such easy communication capability put in place, you can focus on directly connecting with customers and driving strong revenue and loyalty.
