CRN, a company that offers channel sales analysis for technology integrators and solutions provides, announced Wednesday that it added VoIP
phone systems manufacturer
Allworx to its 2006 list of emerging vendors.
The list, CRN said in its announcement, “honors up-and-coming vendors that have closely tied their success to the development of an effective channel strategy.”
Vendors on the list were chosen based on technology contributions, channel acumen, customer references, and future channel dedication. Allworx’s focus on its channel partners, along with widespread demand for the company’s VoIP products, earned it a place on the list.
“Allworx has been named to the list, because they espouse all of the organizational qualities that solution providers seek in order to establish productive and lasting relationships,” CRN VP of publishing, Dan Dignam, said in a statement.
In its Emerging Vendors Directory listing for Allworx, CRN noted that the Fairport, NY-based company “currently has established relationships with more than 300 VARs nationwide.”
Thomas Grinde, Executive Vice President of Sales for Allworx, said that active recruiting of channel partners to sell the company’s 6x and 24x VoIP phone systems is a key part of the company’s ongoing success.
“The channel is core to our success, and we’re pleased to see that the commitments we’ve made - and the success we’ve achieved - with our channel partners has been recognized by CRN,” Grinde said in a statement.
