In a move that bolsters their multivendor network while delivering new value to their bottom line, a Bedford, MA-based provider of VoIP monitoring solutions today announced its offering has been rated compliant with contact center solutions from Avaya.
Officials with Empirix say their “Empirix (News - Alert) Proactive Communications Assurance” solution makes it possible for organizations to test outbound contact centers for performance, end user experiences and compliance with government regulations.
According to Tim Moynihan (News - Alert), vice president, marketing for the enterprise business unit at Empirix, the new compliance with Avaya is significant for customers as it ensures performance of Avaya’s (News - Alert) solutions in their environments.
“Combined with innovative products such as Avaya Proactive Contact and Avaya Aura, Empirix Proactive Communications Assurance gives organizations confidence that their business-critical outbound infrastructures will deliver the most business value in the least amount of startup time,” Moynihan said.
Specifically, Empirix’s solution is compliant with Avaya Aura Communications Manager on Avaya S8700 servers with MCC1 Media Gateways and Avaya Proactive Contact with PG230RM.
“By offering compliance testing to the many innovative companies like Empirix who are members of our DevConnect (News - Alert) program, Avaya promotes fully interoperable solutions that help businesses unleash powerful new possibilities,” said Eric Rossman, vice president, developer relations and technical alliances at Avaya.
As a Platinum member of Avaya’s DevConnect program, Empirix can submit products to test for compatibility and ensure businesses are able to add offerings to their network in a faster, more cost efficient and reliable way.
