PathSolutions Expands VoIP Management Capabilities by Joining Mitel Solutions Alliance

PathSolutions, a provider of VoIP management and network performance management solutions, announced it has become a member of Mitel (News - Alert) Solutions Alliance (MSA), which is established to enable third-party partners to create products and services that integrate with Mitel's core business communications portfolio.


By joining MSA, will help PathSolutions offer VoIP management solutions to a broad category of customers.

PathSolutions' VoIP Network Manager is designed to offer Total VoIP Visibility throughout the entire VoIP infrastructure of an organization. The VoIP management solution automatically monitors all components including network links, switches and routers. The solution also identifies the root cause of the VoIP issues affecting the network and immediately recommends a fix.

The company follows the “Total Network Visibility philosophy,” offering a new paradigm in performance monitoring and optimization for IP networks through continuous monitoring of the state of the network and fixing the issue. Its VoIP management solutions are delivered through a network of distribution partners across the globe and serve customers ranging from small businesses.
