Global advertising agency Arnold Worldwide has selected Terra Telecom Inc. as their technology partner to manage their VoIP platform.
Officials with Terra Telecom said that Terra offered the right mix of technical expertise and personalized customer service, to suit the needs of a global advertising agency.
Additionally, company officials pointed out that Terra has technical resources located across the nation, and can service Arnold’s offices in NYC, Boston and DC.
As a result, both the VoIP network and the customer/vendor relationship have received high marks from Arnold.
“I would recommend Terra Telecom as a solution provider for any company. Arnold has absolutely benefited from our partnership with Terra Telecom,” said Greg Folsom, IT manager at Arnold, in a statement.
Folsom said that Arnold has saved much time and effort in running a modern IP telephony system. In addition, moving from a legacy Centrex system to a modern VoIP network has reduced the company’s costs substantially.

Recently -EGPI Firecreek, Inc. had announced that a major community college in New England and Terra Telecom, Inc. have formed a strong partnership aimed at constantly improving the college’s communication network to better serve student needs.
With over 30,000 students, the college is one of the largest and most innovative community colleges in the nation. Employing over 400 full-time teachers and 700 part-time instructors, the college teaches courses in more than 60 subjects in five departments.
