Celebrity actor Rob Lowe recently outfitted his California estate with a Panasonic (News - Alert) business phone system that included more than 30 sophisticated desk phones and several DECT cordless phones.

The Lowe family selected this assortment as they wanted a way to easily communicate from room to room within the house as well as on the grounds surrounding the home, including the pool area.

 

Lowe conducted considerable research and preparation in the task of selecting the right phone system and decided the complete Panasonic phone system was the best fit for their home and lifestyle.

Lowe first rose to fame in the 1980s after he appeared in such movies as The Outsiders and St. Elmo's Fire. He and his family support a number of causes, including the Best Buddies, a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer employment and leadership development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
