Umea, Sweden-based Konftel, a manufacturer of conference phones, has announced the launch of Konftel (News - Alert) 250, an analog conference phone.
Designed to be user-friendly, this device comes with smart features such as SD call recording and a "Conference Guide" for easy set up of multi-party calls.
In addition the phone system features the company's patented OmniSound 2.0 audio technology which, company officials said guarantees superior sound quality.
Users can record their meetings on an SD memory card, which is perfect for when documenting and archiving of a meeting or play back is needed.
In addition, when expanded with microphones, Konftel 250 provides optimal sound quality even to larger conference rooms.
Clarence Jacobson, vice president at Konftel, noted that companies keep their PBXs for 15-20 years even if more modern infrastructure is available today.
"This means that there still is a demand for analog conference phones."
"We have developed the Konftel 250 to be the obvious choice when you are looking for an analog conference phone with the highest quality at a very affordable price," Jacobson said.
