For those that may be new to the idea of bringing their solutions to federal agencies, the General Services Administration (GSA (News - Alert)) hosts an annual expo to benefit state, local, and federal employees.
The conference, taking place in San Antonio, TX May 15-17 this year, is a forum for vendors who have become approved on the GSA schedule. While many of these vendors span all sorts of verticals, one such vendor has yet to make the scene. This year, SIP Print (News - Alert) will be taking its VoIP call recording solutions to the conference.
Recently, the call recording manufacturer was awarded its GSA contract, enabling it to do business with the U.S. government.
The GSA conference brings a combination of any and all companies that are GSA certified. Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO of SIP Print, revealed that a huge GSA administrative group will be the hub of the event including all the GSA administrators so that vendors can meet and discuss next steps.
Planning to host a booth at the conference, SIP Print sees attendance as the logical next step for it, having finally been awarded approval after months of working with GSA Applications. The conference tends to be a headquarters of sorts for GSA administrators and vendors looking to meet potential customers, according to Palmer.
In other recent reports, GSA Applications revealed that “SIP Print’s products fit organically into [telecom companies’] enterprise class of product offerings for business. This newly awarded GSA Schedule Contract, better positions SIP Print to service the public sectors needs ranging from local Law Enforcement Officers (LEO's) to state and federal applications and much more.”
The conference will include three days of training class programs, networking events with hundreds of experts from the GSA, opportunities to meet with GSA vendors and acquisition professionals from all levels of government service.
