There is very little doubt that Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is taking the next step when it comes to rollouts in the business community. This is never more evident than when looking at the sheer number of companies that are now dipping their toe, or have waded in fully, to transitioning to VoIP call centers as a way to save money and make their operations that much easier. VoIP in the workplace is making a big surge in the last few years and Intelemedia (News - Alert) wants to make sure it is on the train as it rockets forward. The company recently announced that it has achieved full VoIP connectivity integration with Core-Logix Northside Communications, and that this development has only strengthened the two firms’ long-term relationship.
The pair has been working together for more than three years and Core-Logix was one of the first call centers to join Intelemedia’s Leader’s Choice program of top tier call centers. Obviously, one of the key aspects of joining this program is that the call center has to be moving forward in the business world by adopting a VoIP call center structure.
Core-Logix is now boasting a 155-seat call center that it claims combines the very best in training and employees with top of the line VoIP technology that is at the disposal of these kinds of call centers. Chad Blanchette, Chief Operations Officer at Core-Logix Northside Communications, talked about the continued partnership in a recent release saying, “The professionalism and industry expertise of the entire Intelemedia team are the primary reasons we choose to work with Intelemedia. As part of our total service, it is critical that we provide our clients with the optimal call-routing platform and reporting. Intelemedia offers such service. They are efficient and organized; campaigns start on time, and ongoing service is outstanding. After working with them on a number of joint client programs, we moved all 10,000 phone numbers to their routing platform.”
